This is a healthy homestyle chicken noodle soup that is perfect for cold days. Its easy and tastes amazing.
Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
- Chicken Breast - 2 (Large)
- Kluski Egg Noodles - 8oz Bag
- White Onion - 1/4
- Carrot - 6
- Celery - 6
- Peas - 1 1/2 Cups
- Garlic - 4 cloves minced
- Better then Bouililon - 1/2 jar
- Ground Pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 1 gallon
Instructions
- Fill up a large stock pot with the gallon of water and bring to a boil.
- Add the uncooked chicken breasts and Better than Bouillon to the water and cover for 30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and set aside to cool for 10 minutes or so
- Chop the carrots, celery and onion into 1/4 inch pieces and add to the boiling broth along with the Peas and garlic.
- Take the chicken and pull it apart with a fork and add to the pot
- Reduce heat to medium and cover for 20 minutes
- Add the Egg Noodles and let cook an additional 10 minutes adding water as needed for desired consistency
- Done!
