You may notice by now that we love avocado and use it in almost everything so naturally we would add a guacamole recipe. This is healthy and will be the best guacamole you’ve ever tasted. Great as a spread or dip with chips.
Fresh Guacamole
Prep Time : 10 minutes.
Yield : 3 cups

- Avocado - 3
- Red Onion (Medium) - 1/2
- Salsa - 1/4 cup
- Small Lime - 1
- Cilantro - 1 tablespoon
- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sea Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chili Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Instructions
- Skin and pit the avocado's and put them in a medium bowl
- Add the salsa, red onion, cilantro, cumin, garlic, sea salt and chili powder to the bowl
- Cut the lime in half and squeeze all of the juice into the bowl
- smash the mixture with a fork or potato masher until its your desired consistency
- Refrigerate the guacamole for 30 minutes until cool and serve
