Healthy Guacamole

You may notice by now that we love avocado and use it in almost everything so naturally we would add a guacamole recipe.  This is healthy and will be the best guacamole you’ve ever tasted.  Great as a spread or dip with chips.

Fresh Guacamole

Instructions

  1. Skin and pit the avocado's and put them in a medium bowl
  2. Add the salsa, red onion, cilantro, cumin, garlic, sea salt and chili powder to the bowl
  3. Cut the lime in half and squeeze all of the juice into the bowl
  4. smash the mixture with a fork or potato masher until its your desired consistency
  5. Refrigerate the guacamole for 30 minutes until cool and serve
