Kale Turkey Burgers

While I love a good hamburger straight beef is not really the healthy meal i’m looking for so I began some trial and error to make great tasting juicy burgers with healthy ingredients.  Those of you that are worried about kale in your hamburger have no fear as you can’t even tell its there but helps to make a perfect turkey burger.

Kale Turkey Burgers

Prep Time : 15-20 minutes. Cook Time : 8-12 minutes Yield : 6-8 patties

  1. In a large bowl at the pound of ground turkey meat
  2. Chop the Kale into small pieces and add to the bowl kneading until mixed well
  3. Dice the red onion and carrot also adding this to the bowl and kneading throughout evenly
  4. Last add the Egg, Tamari, Sea Salt, Garlic Powder and Ground pepper kneading again until mixed well
  5. Make 6 large patties or 8 smaller patties pressing the center with your thumb to create nice looking patties after cooked.
  6. Throw them on the grill or frying pan until cooked to your liking.
